I undersatnd there will be issues, and I do my best to fix them as soon as possible. I am a full time photographer, and am not always at my desk to get to items ASAP, but I will get to them as soon as I can. I try to fix things within 24 hours, unless I am on the road. I, like so many others has a 3rd limb called an iphone, so I can almost always e-mail you back but can’t always get to the files.
One other small request, please remember your manners when you e-mail. Re-read e-mails before you send them, and think how would you feel if your client sent you the e-mail. Some of the e-mails I get from you guys amaze me. Please don’t demand things to get done ASAP. There is one of me, and I do fix things as soon as possible on my end. With that said, if you are waiting until the very last minute to get something to your client, it is your emergency, not mine. I will try to work with you though. Sugar will get you more than vinegar. I am sorry that I have to write that.
